It has been an interesting journey looking at houses to buy.  It is hard as this is definitely a great market to buy in, but at the same time you have to have money in order to take advantage of it.  So far I've been struggling with issues with banks, crappy choices, and time to sort through everything.  I'm really hopeful that I can find something though as I see it as a good investment and want to get in on the "ground floor" of the market.  Only time will tell though.  

Other than that, hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
